Major General Paul Alaowei Toun is a retired military officer with career in the Army spanning over 32 years.  He is a Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), Fellow, Institute of Professional Financial Managers, UK (FIPFM) and also Fellow (FCNA), Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).  He also holds PGD in Banking and Finance, Executive Master in Business Administration (Management), Msc. in Strategic Studies and D.Litt. Defence Economics.

 Major Gen. P.A. Toun commenced his career as a Military Officer with various appointments as:

Deputy Director Finance and Budget Defence Intelligence Agency, Assistant Director Army Finance and Accounts Lagos Garrison Command, Colonel Coordination HQ Nigerian Army Finance Corps, Assistant Director Army Finance and Accounts 3 Division, Chief Paymaster Nigerian Army Personnel Pay Office and Commander, Command Finance Office before he voluntarily retired as Director of Army Finance in 2006.  

Mr. Oyintare, is a Master’s Degree Holder in Business Administration of the prestigious Vancouver Island University, Nanaimo, BC and in International Business (MscIB) from the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, UK. Oyintare holds the B.sc in International Business Management from the American College, Dublin Ireland and Certificate in the Investment Funds Institute of Canada from the Vancouver Island University, Nanaimo BC. He has attended several local and international training in core areas such as Leadership, Global trade Financing, PPP and Infrastructure funding, Energy, Power, etc.

He is an entrepreneur and Financial Consultant with 7 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector of the Nigerian economy. He started his banking career as an administrative officer in the then Lion Bank of Nigeria.

Adejoke is a seasoned administrator and experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a demonstrated history of working with results. Strong business acumen and communication skills with analytical capabilities to develop and improve programs, systems, tools and procedures to enhance organizational structures. Skilled in People Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Recruiting, and HR Policies with well over 17 years cognate experience in the banking industry, Oil & Gas Marketing Industry as well as Investment Market Companies in Nigeria where she was exposed to several professional trainings in operations, corporate governance, business processes, customer relationship management and Strategic Human Resources.

Prior before joining Oyinebi Ventures Nig. Ltd as the Human Resource/Admin Manager in 2009, she had worked as Administrative Secretary, Personal Assistants, Admin/Human Resource assistant, then HR generalist and Strategic business partner which has allowed her to grow and develop professionally and as a leader.

Miss Preye is a Bachelors Degree Holder in Business Administration of National University of Ireland, Maynooth. She is also a Certified Cosmologist from the Robert Fiance Beauty School in New Jersey; America.

She is presently working with Oyinebi Ventures where she is a station manager. 

She started her career as a customer service personnel at swift rental cars limited and has held the position  as a customer care executive/ operations officer at Bradgate limited.  While in customer service, she has acquired hands-on experience in handling all types of customers both face to face and other platforms available to the customers; where she has efficiently attended to customer needs as well as educating customers about the benefits of the products and services offered by the company.

She worked at Glaxosmithkline Nigeria Limited as a sales admin assistant. Where she monitored sales of products and was actively involved in planing and strategizing new ways of pushing products to customers. She is constantly improving her skills and is focused on making sure customer satisfaction is prioritized at least levels of the company.
